John Mueller Auction Services LLC was established in 2005. John had served in a variety of capacities for another auction firm prior to venturing out on his own. In the summer of 2005 he acquired the assets of KC Auctioneers.
John is a certified auctioneer and is trained in auction marketing and is a registered auctioneer in the State of Wisconsin. He is also a certified real estate auctioneer trained in real estate marketing. Last, but not least, John is also a certified personal property appraiser.
John belongs to the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. Every 6 months he attends conventions to receive updated training. By doing this he has gotten to know a lot of other auctioneers, which enriches his knowledge and provides help. He has created friendships with some extraordinary auctioneers with a variety of backgrounds and specialties. John can’t believe how willing some are to help and go the extra mile for someone else. And, for this support, he will always be grateful.
John feels that by continuing his education it will help him to help his clients make informed decisions because he believes customer service is number 1! Since John has started his own auction service, he has answered a lot of phone calls and questions, has met with a wide variety of people, put many, many miles on his vehicles and put in a lot of long days. When asked if it is all worth it he said, 'Well, I believe so because I’ve gotten to meet a lot of great people and it makes me feel good when they say you have a good heart. That means a lot to me and tells me I must be doing something right, and hopefully that reflects positively on the auction industry itself.'
